Max was able to diagnose the issue with my blinds just from a couple of good pictures. Because the malfunctioning blinds are in our master bedroom, I was incredibly eager to have them repaired quickly so I could sleep! He was kind enough to fit me into his schedule on the same day. The repair was completed in less than 30 minutes and my blinds are functioning great again!

Highly recommend contacting Max to solve issues with your blinds / shades. The pull mechanism on my 94x40 inch shades stopped working. He was quick, efficient, helpful, friendly as he resolved the issue. Easy to make an appointment and showed up on time. He even asked if there were any other blinds that needed adjusting while he was in my home. He noticed two that were not reinstalled/ hung correctly after the room was painted and corrected the insulation without additional charge.
I really appreciate the service he provided.

We receive Max as a referral from the blind alley in Bellevue as we were looking for someone to help us repair our blinds after We failed to get a response from our original blind contractor after multiple attempts. Max Was punctual and arrive on time as he promised, and was very transparent During the repairing process. He had to make an extra trip after finding out that our automatic blind was using rechargeable batteries. He also recommended us reaching out to our original contractor for a failed blind motor. He even recorded a video so that we can show our original contractor the issue of the motor for a quicker response purposes. He also offered alternatives to us i case we are not able to have the motor covered on the warranty, just to ensure that we will have a working blind. If you’re having any kind of issue with any window blinds, I can’t say enough on how FABULOUS Maksym is in addressing and fixing them! I had to have my Hunter Douglas sliding door blinds taken down due to a new sliding door being installed. Maksym made quick and careful work in removing them. When it came time to have them rehung, he reinstalled them and even corrected a few things that needed adjusting. He is kind, courteous and professionally very knowledgeable and supportive. I ordered a replacement part for my Hunter Douglass duette Shade. I put it in and could not get it to work. I called Hunter Douglass and they gave me Max’s name. He came over, took the shade down, unscrewed the end cap and immediately figured out what was wrong. He fixed it right away and it works perfectly. He also explained how they melt the two ends together, which causes a little bit of a bump which can get caught when raising or lowering. It’s just the right spot. Now I understand how they work.
